CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of the kids population.

The CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every day with a focus on FUN. Our program teaches children to love fitness by making fitness fun and accessible for all. Each child is instructed at his/her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward every class...the kids never want to leave!

CrossFit Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills

and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.  Our CrossFit Kids classes cover ages 5 to 18 and include a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout, stretching, and every class finishes with a game or study time. Classes vary from approximately 30-50 minutes long.
