Have you been hesitant to try CrossFit because you don’t know if you are physically ready? We have the program for you!
CrossFit Lite is designed to help you get in shape, tone, and have more energy while gently introducing you to the CrossFit methodology.
Class size is limited to no more than 6? so there is more interaction with the coach to teach you proper form and help you move safely. The workouts will consist of mostly body weight functional movements with light to moderate loads as you progress through the program.
There are two sessions available consisting of three 1-hour classes per week. Session one meets on Mon, Wed & Friday @ 4:30 PM. Session two meets on Tue and Thurs @ 4:30 PM and Sat @ 11:00 AM.
