KnockOut 9 (KO9) is a 30 minute instructor guided workout that starts when you get there.

You'll work every major muscle group including strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), heavy bag work and self-defense moves in an ever- changing combination to maximize your fitness. 

We provide a supportive environment where you can gain strength, balance and flexibility.  You will be guided by a certified instructor through a fast-paced program that will fire up your metabolism and give you the results you have been looking for.  And the best part is that the class starts when you arrive!
