KnockOut 9: A Flexible Schedule to Fit Your Busy Lifestyle

KnockOut 9 (KO9) is a 30 minute instructor guided workout that starts when you get there.

You'll work every major muscle group. The workout includes strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), heavy bag work and self-defense moves in an ever- changing combination to maximize your fitness. 

We provide a supportive environment where you can gain strength, balance and flexibility.  You will be guided by a certified instructor through a fast-paced program that will fire up your metabolism and give you the results you have been looking for.  And the best part is that the class starts when you arrive!
